Hiii, I'm Trista, and I'm a K9 Pack Leader.

I originally started with Complete K9 in 2016, doing individual walks and nannying. I took a few years off while I had children and came back in 2025.

When I came back, I was so excited to start doing Pack walks! I have a love and passion for the "hard" dogs-  the ones who are often misunderstood and just need guidance and structure so they can relax and enjoy their surroundings.  Learning to read and understand pups, and meet them where they're at, may be a bit of chaos at times, but figuring things out together is so rewarding!

My house is usually a menagerie of animals, but my tiny humans have taken priority these past few years, so I only have my fur babies now. Laila is a 12-year-old Shepherd/Collie mix and has been with me through everything. She's a great neutral dog for those who are anxious and nervous. She helps bring them down and show them that things are safe. Loki is my 4-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog/ St. Bernard. He is a 100 lb cuddle puddle, he really doesn't know his size! I also have a 13-year-old cat named Iris. Some of the other animals I've owned over the years include small rodents, Chinchillas, Uromastyx (lizards), and a Hedgehog. I love animals of all shapes and sizes, though dogs have become a favourite. 
 

When I’m not working with dogs, I’m usually curled up with a good book or daydreaming about tiny houses and clever storage solutions. I’m passionate about music and love attending concerts of all sizes, often running the merch table and helping out wherever I can as a musician’s spouse. With my fiancée in a band, music is a big part of our life together and something I love to share. I’m also happiest outside, letting my kids be kids. We're always exploring, playing, and just enjoying the simple things.
